Terms & Conditions
1. Deposit
To confirm your booking, a deposit is required as specified at the time of booking. Full payment must be completed before the start of the tour. Bookings are not confirmed until we receive the required payment and send a written confirmation.
2. Remaining Payment Balance
The remaining balance of the tour cost must be paid at least 60 days prior to departure. Failure may lead to cancellation of your booking, or forfeiture of your deposit.
Promotional offers such as "PROMOTION" or "SALE" may require full payment at the time of booking. Such conditions will be clearly stated. Additional payments (e.g., for permits, government taxes, or unforeseen charges) may be required. You will be notified in writing as soon as possible.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are subject to the following:
- Cancellation 45 days or more before departure: Full refund minus administrative/transactional fee.
- Cancellation 30-45 days before departure: 50% refund.
- Cancellation less than 30 days before departure or in case of no show: No refund. In exceptional cases, SAIYAH TRAVEL may allow a transfer to another date or tour, but this is not guaranteed and is subject to management's discretion.
4. Changes by the Company
We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary due to weather, road conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen events. We will inform you as soon as possible and will provide alternatives where applicable. Any additional costs incurred during the tour due to external factors will be communicated promptly.
5. Travel Insurance & Documents
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all participants. Your insurance should cover trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, loss of belongings, and emergency evacuation. You are responsible for possessing valid visas, passports and other required documents to travel to the respective country.
6. Changes to the itinerary
We reserve the right to amend, change or cancel sections of the itinerary as necessary to ensure safety and smooth operations. Tour guides have the authority to modify the travel route and exclude an individual deemed unsafe or unfit to continue.
7. Responsibilities of Participants
You are expected to respect local customs, follow safety instructions, and act responsibly at all times. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive, without refund.
8. Health and Safety
You must inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions. We may request a medical certificate. We are not liable for any injury, illness, or loss that occurs due to undisclosed medical conditions or failure to comply with safety instructions.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the tour cost. We are not responsible for loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, or third-party service providers.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, images, and media provided by our company remain our intellectual property and may not be reused or reproduced without written permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad.
